Terms and Conditions of Billing

  1. Terms Accepted
 In addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you specifically consent to be bound by these Billing Terms and Conditions by making a purchase on bessiemoore.shop (the "Site").  Read them carefully, please.

 2. Approved Payment Options
 PayPal is the only payment method we accept.  You consent to abide by PayPal's User Agreement by using this service.  When you pay, you can use:

 The amount in your PayPal account.

 a bank account that is connected to your PayPal account.

 a major credit or debit card that is processed via the PayPal gateway, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

 3. Security and Authorization of Payments

 Authorization: By submitting your payment details, you attest and guarantee that: (i) you are legally permitted to use the payment method or methods you have chosen; and (ii) the data you have provided is accurate, full, and truthful.  You give Bessie Moore permission to charge the full order amount (including shipping and taxes) to the payment method you have provided.

 Security: PayPal processes all payments securely and encrypts them.  Your credit or debit card information is not directly gathered, stored, or processed by Bessie Moore on its servers.  The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements are met by our payment processing.

 4. Prices and Currency

 Currency: British pounds sterling (£ GBP) is used for all transactions.  Customers from other countries should be aware that they are entirely responsible for any foreign transaction fees and exchange rates that may be applied by their bank or card issuer.

 Pricing: We work hard to guarantee that all of the site's pricing information is correct.  Even after an order has been placed and payment has been approved, we retain the right to fix any pricing or product information errors and to cancel any orders resulting from them.

 Value Added Tax (VAT): Where mandated by law, all listed prices include VAT at the relevant rate for the United Kingdom.

 5. Order Verification and Bill

 You will automatically receive an Order Confirmation via email after your payment has been successfully authorized.  Your order number, items purchased, total amount charged, and shipping address are all included in this email, which serves as your proof of purchase.

 This order confirmation is merely an acknowledgement that we have received your order; it does not mean that we have accepted it.  Only after we ship your order and email you a Shipping Confirmation do you and Bessie Moore enter into a contract.

 "BESSIE MOORE" or a similar variation will be the billing descriptor on your PayPal or bank statement.

 6. Rejected Payments and Failed Transactions
 Your order won't be processed if your payment method is rejected at checkout.  We will send you an email if there is a payment failure following a preliminary authorization (for example, because of inadequate funds, inaccurate information, or a bank decline).  Your order will be put on hold, and in order to finish the transaction, you will need to supply a legitimate payment method.

 7. Chargebacks and Refunds

 Refunds: Our Returns and Refunds Policy governs all refunds.  Refunds that have been approved will be given to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.  Depending on the regulations of your financial institution, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

 Chargebacks: Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, you agree to get in touch with us at contact@bessiemoore.shop to address the matter directly if you think a charge is incorrect.  You risk having your account permanently closed and facing legal action to recover disputed amounts if you file an illegitimate chargeback, which is against these terms.

 8. Recurring Payments and Subscriptions
 Bessie Moore does not currently provide any goods or services that require subscriptions or recurring billing.  If that changes in the future, this section will be updated.

 9. Preventing Fraud
 We maintain the right to check every order for possible fraud.  To safeguard our clients and our company, we could:
