 5. Which forms of payment are accepted?

 Right now, PayPal is a secure payment method that we accept.  This enables you to pay with major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), a linked bank account, or your PayPal balance.

 At this time, we only ship to UK addresses.

 10. How much will it cost and what are my shipping options?

 For all UK orders, we provide free standard shipping.

 Delivery is anticipated five to seven business days following processing.

 11. How much time does it take to process an order?

 After payment confirmation, orders are processed in 1-2 business days (not including weekends or public holidays).

 12. How can my order be tracked?

 A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

 13. What happens if my package is misplaced or appears to have been delivered but I haven't received it?

 Please first check with your local delivery depot and your neighbors.  Please email us at contact@bessiemoore.shop with your order number if you can verify that the package is missing, and we'll start looking into it with the carrier.

 14. How do you handle returns?

 15. How can I begin a return?

 Please provide your order number and the reason for the return in an email to contact@bessiemoore.shop.  We will give you a free shipping label and a Returns Authorization.

 16. Who covers the cost of return shipping?

 We offer free return shipping labels for returns made within the United Kingdom.

 17. How much time does it take to get your money back?

 We will process your refund as soon as we receive and review your return.  Within five to ten business days, the credit will appear in your original payment method.
